I collaborated with the development team to create test cases aligned with business objectives, conducted UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate automation effectiveness, and gathered feedback from stakeholders for refinements. Post-deployment, I established KPI tracking to measure success and monitored bot performance for a full quarter, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to enhance reliability and efficiency.
